Fabulous Fall Quilt Retreat

Quilting Bee Fabrics is excited to host a THREE-day fall WEEKEND Quilt Retreat from October 11 – 13, 2024 at the shop’s classroom space in Hermann, MO. Bring your sewing machine, favorite notions, and your WIP (works in progress) & UFOs (unfinished objects)!

Depending on your schedule and preferences, you can attend all three days or just one. The cost is $30/person, making it a budget-friendly option for a fun and productive weekend. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot early.
What to expect
Hours:
Friday, October 11 – pop in anytime after 9 AM and we’ll hang out as late as you want to
Saturday, October 12 – pop in anytime after 9 AM and we’ll hang out as late as you want to
Sunday, October 13 – Come anytime after 10AM, and we’ll hang out until about 3 PM.
Meals are on your own, allowing you to choose what and when to eat. However, we can always order as a group from a restaurant and have someone pick it up. I will have some snacks and a variety of beverages available, including water, coffee, tea, and lemonade, to keep you refreshed and energized throughout the day.
Sewing tables and chairs — Seating is first come, first served. We have seating for 15 people. The tables will be plastic banquet tables. Comfortable metal folding chairs are provided at each spot; you may want to bring a nice cushion for extra coziness.
There will be cutting and ironing stations throughout the room. Extension cords are also provided.
